What are the requirements to earn a reward?
If you are a new or existing client of Instacoin ATM who has not yet completed the full KYC verification process you are eligible to receive a reward by doing the following:
1. Complete Your KYC Verification
Complete an identity verification through our registration portal to become a verified member (limited to Canadian identity documents only).
2. Complete a Qualifying Transaction
Rewards are paid in Bitcoin (BTC) and contingent upon your completion of a first transaction after successful KYC completion at an Instacoin ATM or on our website. There are two reward tiers:

How to Get Verified
The KYC verification process is simple and can be done on our website through our registration portal or at an ATM. We suggest using your mobile phone, it's the easiest way to complete the 4-step process:

KYC Incentive Program: Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
The "10X Your Trading Power. 10X Your Opportunity." KYC Incentive Program (the "Program") is offered by Instacoin ATM ("Company") to encourage non-KYC clients to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and increase their transaction limits at Instacoin ATM locations or online pre-sales.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Eligible Clients
The Program is open to all new and existing clients of Instacoin ATM who have not yet completed the full KYC verification process.
2.2. KYC Completion
To be eligible for a reward, the client must successfully complete the full KYC verification process as required by Instacoin ATM and all applicable regulatory bodies. This includes, but is not limited to, providing government-issued ID, proof of address, and passing all necessary screening checks.
3. Reward Structure and Requirements
Rewards are paid in Bitcoin (BTC) equivalent, based on the CAD value at the time of reward issuance. Rewards are tiered and contingent upon the client's first transaction after successful KYC completion.

3.1. Single Transaction
The qualifying transaction must be a single, uninterrupted purchase or sale of cryptocurrency at a Instacoin ATM or via the website. Multiple smaller transactions will not be combined to meet the minimum threshold.
3.2. Time Limit
The qualifying transaction must be executed and completed within the 30-day window following the official email notification of successful KYC approval.
3.3. Highest Tier Only
Clients are only eligible for the highest tier reward they qualify for. Rewards are not cumulative (e.g., a client qualifying for Tier 2 will receive the $400 reward, not $100 + $400).
4. Reward Issuance
4.1. Reward Calculation
The BTC amount will be calculated using the prevailing market rate of BTC against CAD at the time the reward is processed by the Company.
4.2. Processing Time
Rewards will be processed and deposited into the same client's designated wallet address within 30 business days following the successful completion of the qualifying transaction.
4.3. No Cash Alternative
Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
4.4. BTC Wallet
Client must have a BTC wallet on file, in order to receive the reward issuance.
5. General Conditions
5.1. Limit
The Program is limited to one reward per client, regardless of the number of KYC verifications or transactions performed.
5.2.Transaction Limits
Upon successful KYC completion, the client's 24-hour transaction limit will be increased from $980 to $9,990.
5.3.Abuse and Fraud
Instacoin ATM reserves the right to disqualify any client suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of the Program, or violation of these terms and conditions. Any such client may have their reward revoked and their account suspended.
5.4.Program Modification
Instacoin ATM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
5.5.Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec.
5.6.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Laval, Quebec.
